Administrative Assistant

As an Admin Assistant at Punch Through, you will be working closely with the office manager and leadership team to help with general office duties and the day-to-day administrative aspects of running our business. In this role, you would be a key member of our operations team, supporting our staff and helping management with various tasks. Responsibilities will range anywhere from responding to emails, greeting visitors, and purchasing office supplies to assisting with bookkeeping tasks, event planning, and more. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and the ability to problem-solve, and the desire to have fun where you work. As you grow and learn, you should feel empowered to make your own decisions without input from management. Leadership will manage you with respect and compassion—and we expect the same in return.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Purchasing internal tools and supplies needed for employees
  • Maintain office supply inventory, including stocking conference rooms/offices as needed
  • Shipping and receiving, domestic and international
  • Sorting and directing inbound communications (email, mail, and phone)
  • Organize work-related gatherings, retreats, and events
  • Manage and book travel arrangements for employees
  • Assisting hiring coordinator with new employee onboarding
  • Happily greet clients and visitors upon arrival and direct them accordingly
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of working in an office environment
  • Experience in Google workspace tools and other office applications
  • Superb practical/personable communication skills
  • Clear and concise writing skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of shipping & receiving (domestic and international)
  • Ability to track and maintain a variety of office supplies and kitchen-snacks inventory while maintaining budgets
  • Must have a strong relationship with technology

Your goals for the first 60 days
